About this Campaign
Constitution High School, a public school in center city Philadelphia, serves students from all across the city. Over the past few years we have managed to develop and build a fun and engaging robotics program. Through this club, students are introduced to the world of S.T.E.M (Science Technology Engineering and Math) as they work on a team to plan, design, and build a robot to compete in the First Tech Challenge.
3d modeling and design has become a game changer in the world of engineering. It has opened up doors that were once seen as merely science fiction. With this tool, our students would be able to design and make functional parts for the robot while developing the 21st century skills needed to strive in the modern world of engineering. We are seeking funding to purchase a Prusa i3 MK3S+ 3d Printer. This 3d printer would allow our students the chance to better compete with teams at both the local and national level, and develop their S.T.E.M. skills, all while having fun learning.
