About this Campaign
The kindergartners at Elliott will be conducting their animal research projects this Spring and would enjoy learning about their animals first hand at the Lincoln Children's Zoo! We, along with our 5th grade buddies, are hoping to see our research animals up close and experience a hands on zoo trip to learn even more about them.
The funding for this project would allow our students to participate in their only field trip this school year! We would use this opportunity as a culmination of our writing project and include the new information learned at the zoo! Requesting $450.00 plus cost reimbursement,

Dear Susan,
I want to say a heartfelt thank you on behalf of our kindergarten team at Elliott for the generous donation to fund our campaign for the Zoo Field Trip! We were so delighted and excited to share such a hands-on experience with our students in May!
The kindergarten classes were able to tour the zoo with our 5th grade buddies and truly bonded with them while learning about the animals they researched for the writing lessons on research this spring. We had such a wonderful field trip and we are all so incredibly grateful and appreciative of your donation that allowed us to experience the animals at Lincoln Children's Zoo.
Thank you very much for this opportunity to take our classes to their one and only field trip of the school year! It was a memorable way to end our school year and bond with our students!
