Clarinets for Belmont Elementary

Belmont only has one old clarinet in its inventory.  The need is great as the cost of one new clarinet is $150 over the Belmont yearly budget.

We want students at a Title I school to have the resources to achieve and make music.  Belmont has a history of success for all students, and this campaign would help offer that opportunity. Requesting $402 plus cost reimbursement.

Instrument Description: Yamaha Model YCL-255 Bb Clarinet with case and 4c Mouthpiece.  It comes with a five-year warranty.

Thank you for the generous financial support of MarySue Harris and Give4Good Company to purchase a Yamaha clarinet for Belmont Elementary.  We actually were able to find a PAIR of slightly used Yamaha clarinets through one of our LPS approved vendors, so we are doubling the value of this Fund A Need campaign.  Some other exciting news is that we do not have to wait like many products that get stuck in delivery or manufacturing due to Covid impacts. We need these clarinets now and they will be played by Belmont 5th grade students yet this Fall.  An additional bonus is that they come with the famous B45 Van Doren mouthpiece which are $90.00 each.  We appreciate the music-making opportunity that MarySue Harris and Give4Good Company have given to our 5th grade clarinet players.
