About this Campaign
Your gifts can help hundreds of students participate in athletics this year in Lincoln Public Schools.
One-third of LPS students participate in athletics, building character, camaraderie and teamwork outside the classroom for thousands of students. With more and more students qualifying for free and reduced lunch -- 46 percent of LPS students qualify -- financial barriers to participation are becoming more common. This fund will provide athletic shoes (and physicals in some cases) to students in need, opening the door to participating in sports while giving students the freedom to feel like every other student on the team.
Requesting $6,000 plus cost reimbursement.
