About this Campaign
With our growing theatre department, we are finding the need to have headsets and more technology than we currently have. With the purchase of headsets, we can give students the opportunity to be stage managers and assistant stage managers up in the theatre booth and backstage. We would also be able to put certain students on spot lights being able to execute light commands when called.
With our current set up, there is currently no communication with front of house and backstage without a person going backstage. Teachers are currently using their own personal cellphones to text to communicate. This isn't easy or the best manner to do theatre. With a complete set of high quality headsets, students and staff can utilize the appropriate manner to communicate with each other. Also with appropriate good quality equipment, these headsets should last and allow us to have the equipment for the program to continue to grow.
