About this Campaign
Humann’s school mission is We’re all Humann: Learn, Grow, Succeed.
One way for the Humann staff to grow and connect is by knowing and understanding each staff member's strengths and the gifts they bring to a team and to our school community. We would like to utilize the Gallup Strengths Finder assessments to identify each staff member's top 5 strengths.
Knowing the strengths of each staff member will help teams learn from each other, grow, and be more successful in a strategic and intentional way. This Fund-a-Need will provide 70 staff members with the Clifton Strengths Finder access code to take the assessment. Requesting $1,400 plus cost reimbursement.
