About this Campaign
We need a classroom set of ukuleles to support the music curriculum here at LPS. Many schools already have them and are using them from K-5th grade and I see no reason we shouldn't be able to. Pershing is a title one school with about 400 students enrolled. The largest class size is 25, so we would be looking to purchase 27-28 Ukuleles in the case that a class adds another student or two. Requesting $1,599.99 plus cost reimbursement.
There would also need to be storage for these instruments to keep them safe while in the classroom and make it accessible to student. We would love to be able to have units with ukuleles starting next school year.
