Holmes PPP Arbor Day Farm Field Trip

The Holmes Prickly Planet Protectors are looking for donors to help us fund transportation for our 30 member green team to tour Arbor Day Farm to learn more about the importance of trees and how to make a difference in our local environment. This field trip would also help our school complete part of the requirements for a K-12 Tree Campus Endorsement for the 2024-2025 school year which is step one towards a National Green Ribbon School award application. Our school's CLC program is able to pay the entry fee for our group to go on either the Tree Adventure tour or the Terrific Trees Tour but we need to find funding for busing our students. We're requesting $800, plus cost reimbursement, for busing to and from Arbor Day Farm. Any "tree-tastic" donors will receive a certificate and recognition on The Prickly Planet Protectors Website. In the event we can't fund the trip for this year funds will roll over for the following school year. Thank you for thinking green and supporting the learning of our 3rd-5th grade green team!
