About this Campaign
We have been so fortunate at Irving Middle School to have a large number of students participate in our music program through 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. We have morning choirs that meet at 7:00 am four times a week, a 7th grade choir and 8th grade chorus that meet during the day, and multiple small groups that meet after school each week. Our music students work hard and care very much about the beauty of the sound they create.
One of the challenges we've run into is having a set of quality microphones that can support the unique sound of a choir. We are interested in purchasing three Earthworks Flexwand 730 microphones that come packaged with everything we could need to accurately mic our larger choirs. These microphones would also be used in our school musicals, band, orchestra, and any other musical activities at Irving that included larger groups.

We did it! Our choral microphones have been fully funded. Thank you so much for all of your support of our Irving students. My hope is to get these ordered and use them for our 7th grade musical at the end of February and for all of the spring concerts. Thank you supporting the music department at Irving! - Mike
