Norwood Park K-3 Scholars to the Lied Center

Norwood Park is a Title 1 Elementary School that serves PreK-5th Grade students in the Havelock community of Lincoln. Norwood Park Staff works daily to ensure that scholars are receiving unique and diverse experiences that support their learning. Attending a performance of "Magic School Bus: Lost in the Solar System" will allow students to build background knowledge and make connections academically, socially, and emotionally. Your gifts will make it possible for all students in Kindergarten through 3rd Grade to attend a performance of "Magic School Bus: Lost in the Solar System" at the Lied Center. This opportunity will allow students to experience a connection to performance arts, strengthen their comprehension and emotional learning skills, and extend social studies learning to a broader range of the community. This will allow them to build respect and enjoyment through learning with their peers.

We are requesting funds to cover the cost of busing for up to 160 students. Requesting $720 plus cost reimbursement.
