About this Campaign
LSE, LHS, and LNE want to give our yearbook publication teams the experience to see how their book is created after submitting their pages by attending the Walsworth plant tour in Marceline, MO. This plant tour informs students about Walsworth's printing and recycling process. Students get to look first hand at the different materials that can be used in future yearbooks such as holographic fabric, glow-in-the dark print, and even see how augmented reality (AR) software technology can enhance and make a yearbook unique. Students will also have the opportunity to meet the CEO, Mr. Walsworth, himself. More importantly, it's incredibly rewarding for the staff to see their hard work from the entire year being printed in person before distribution. Requesting $1,800 plus cost reimbursement.
