About this Campaign
The eighth-grade business will be participating in the online Stock Market Game from September 10 - December 7. The class will be split up into 6 teams of three. It is $10 for each team to enter.
Throughout this activity, students will learn about investing and gain financial management skills. Students will use their basic math skills to figure purchase and sale price of a stock, figure profit or loss and understand how the commission is figured when buying or selling stock. Students will learn the importance of teamwork and communication as they work collaboratively with their teammates to determine when to buy and sell.
Requesting $60 plus cost reimbursement.
