About this Campaign
Rousseau Elementary English Language Learner (ELL) students in grades K-5 will be going to Parkway Bowl on Tuesday, March 26, 2019.
This trip is an excellent learning experience for our students. For language learners, shared experiences are important ways to practice language. They also serve as idea-generators for writing projects and class discussions. Finally, this trip provides a chance to build community as students get the opportunity to interact with their ELL peers in other grades.
This project will pay for two games of bowling for 33 students. It will also pay for bus transportation. We will use this shared experience for a variety of writing projects including personal narratives and poetry. Requesting $444.00 plus cost reimbursement.
