About this Campaign
Our first graders here at Everett have been working diligently on their animal research projects. In past years we have been able to celebrate their hard work by taking a trip to the Children's Zoo in Lincoln. A few weeks ago we learned that our Everett Foundation funds has been dissolved. Zoo personnel gave me a few suggestions as to possible funding but unfortunately we did not fit their criteria. Everett has no PTO/PTA as a resource for funding these important experiences. These experiences are especially to Everett students because many lack life experiences such as zoo trips. For many of our first graders this will be their first zoo experience. Please consider funding this field trip. Requesting $650 plus cost reimbursement.
