About this Campaign

The Science Focus Program (SFP) offers students a unique opportunity to become real-world scientists. Each year, SFP students from grades 9-12 undertake their own guided, independent research projects, delving into diverse scientific disciplines. They spend months developing their hypotheses, conducting experiments, and analyzing data.
Your donation will directly support these student researchers by providing them with the necessary resources to complete their work and share their findings. Funds will be used for:

  • Lab and testing supplies: Scientific test instruments and laboratory costs for specialized data analysis.
  • Conference and competition materials: Printing large scientific posters to present their research.
  • Travel expenses: Flights and other costs for students who qualify for national competitions.

In recent years, our students have excelled at the Southeast Regional and State Nebraska Junior Academy of Sciences research fairs, with several students advancing to national competitions. With your help, we can continue to provide these aspiring scientists with the tools and support they need to succeed. Please consider donating today to empower the next generation of scientists.
