About this Campaign
Dawes re-opened its doors beginning the 2011-2012 school year with already worn-down equipment. Our two gyms have wall mats that need to be replaced as years of wear and tear are now showing. Replacing these mats would benefit all Dawes students during PE and for inside recess.
Dawes has low-income students attending with 58 percent on free and reduced meals. We do not have a PTO or parent group to help with this purchase and would appreciate any help in achieving this goal. Requesting $3,500 plus cost reimbursement.
