About this Campaign
Your gifts will help the Sheridan community continue a special two-part tradition:
- Sheridan Spirit Week -- During this week we celebrate all the ways our students have grown throughout the school year. We then move into learning about the educational journey that is ahead of them -- focusing on aspects of middle school, high school, college, and careers. Students will understand that graduating from high school will lead to more opportunities for success in either college or in the work force. They will write goals that will help them achieve the accomplishment of graduating from high school.
- Senior Shark Celebration -- We invite former Sheridan students who are in the current graduating class to come back to Sheridan. This is a chance for the Sheridan students and staff to honor our graduating Senior Sharks. We are incredibly proud of all that our seniors have accomplished -- and love being able to celebrate with them. It is also a concrete way for our current Sharks to see students who were just like them, reaching the goal of graduating from high school and that this goal is achievable. Our Senior Sharks are amazing role models for us to look up to and it is with great pleasure that we get to honor them. All grade levels have a part in this celebration -- including our fifth grade orchestra.
Your gifts will help defray the expense of materials for our Spirit Week activities and Senior Shark Celebration. Requesting $300 plus cost reimbursement.

An update from the Foundation for Lincoln Public Schools
Thank you for your generous support of LPS students through Fund a Need. We assure you that your gifts will still support the purpose of this Fund a Need campaign, even though school looks a lot different today than it did a few months ago. If this campaign cannot be accomplished this school year, your gifts will be safely held and available for the same use next year.
