About this Campaign
Hi, we are teachers at Clinton Elementary School in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are a Title I school where 95 percent of our students qualify for free and reduced lunch. Your gift will make it possible for each and every second-grade scholar to have a pair of headphones during the school day to minimize distractions and maximize our scholars' learning time. By having headphones, work can be individualized to meet the needs of all scholars.
These headphones will maximize our scholars' learning time in these areas:
- independent study time (WIN)
- rereading knowledge block stories
- recording themselves to practice fluent reading
- allows scholars to take assessments at their own pace
- ability to listen to fluent readers on Epic!, PebbleGo, Backpack, etc...
With your gift, you make it possible for scholars to meet our school improvement goal of, "All scholars will improve in fluency and comprehension." Requesting $2,000 plus cost reimbursement.
