About this Campaign
Prescott Elementary is looking to purchase additional hands on learning activities to support students in special education. This will provide activities, resources, and manipulatives for students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Students benefit from ways to practice our curriculum through various modes in order to gain more retention of concepts. Manipulatives and hands on learning improves conceptual understanding of math concepts.
These funds would also support reading tools such to help with various ways to practice manipulating sounds, building words with visuals, blending and segmenting, as well as tools such as whiteboards and magnetic letters for various ways to support literacy practice. Requesting $1,200 plus cost reimbursement.
