AVID Scott Stars

At Scott Middle School, we are committed to building a strong, supportive community for our AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) students, and one way to foster this sense of unity is through providing AVID t-shirts for both students and staff. These t-shirts will not only instill a sense of pride and belonging but also serve as a visible reminder of our collective dedication to academic success. This is the first year AVID has been offered at Scott. Our AVID teachers are devoted to helping students achieve their full potential by offering academic guidance, mentorship, and social-emotional support. Wearing these t-shirts during AVID events, field trips, and school days will help students feel connected to their peers and teachers, reinforcing the positive, collaborative environment we strive to create. These t-shirts will be used as a safety tool during AVID school field trips as it will make students with Scott AVID shirts easily identifiable. Your donation will directly support these efforts, helping us inspire and motivate students as they work toward their educational goals. Requesting $900 plus cost reimbursement. Together, we can build a strong AVID community where every student feels empowered to succeed.
