New Rug for Arnold Art Classroom

Hello! My name is Evija Lipins and I teach art to grades K-5 at Arnold Elementary. Our art classroom is in need of a new rug and I am hoping to raise money to buy one for the 2025-26 school year. In art class, students often participate in group work, circle discussions, and sitting on the floor for various creative tasks. A rug provides a comfortable and designated space for students to gather, ensuring they have a safe, clean, and engaging place to sit and collaborate. Additionally, a colorful, durable rug can stimulate creativity and add an inviting aesthetic to the room, making it a more welcoming space for young artists. Overall, a new rug would support both the physical and creative needs of students, fostering a positive, organized, and inspiring atmosphere in the Arnold art classroom.
