About this Campaign
Our Life Skills students at Everett Elementary School have worked very hard this year and have earned a field trip for the end of the year!
Everett's Life Skills classroom serves students in Kindergarten through Fifth grade with moderate to severe disabilities. Our students not only work on academics during school, but also have an instructional focus on developing skills needed to succeed in life, in and out of the classroom. This year we would love for our students to have the opportunity to explore sensory integration at "Bee Me Sensory Gym" where they will provide the students with an inclusive and safe space for sensory input and exploration.
In order to give our students this experience, we are asking for donations to raise $350, plus cost reimbursement. The donations for our field trip will go towards a wheelchair-friendly bus and entrance fees to "Bee Me Sensory Gym" for twelve students. We appreciate any donations to help bring this experience for our students!
