One of our school improvement goals is: We will build staff wellbeing through respect, communication, and collaboration. Your donation will go towards providing staff incentives, recognition day items, food or treats for meetings, and other celebration opportunities throughout the year. This campaign also supports the LPS Strategic Plan in the area of Staff Wellbeing and Outcomes specifically by increasing staff retention rates and increasing staff sense of belonging.
