Help us cultivate a vibrant and thriving school community by supporting this campaign to recognize and appreciate our staff and their deep commitment to each student at Culler. As a title building, we know firsthand that the brightness of one’s future should never be dimmed due to the lack of resources a community may have. Although many of our stakeholders may not have the additional income to celebrate our staff, we are grateful for the daily partnership our families give to support their students. No one cares about the success of our Cougars more than their parents and guardians. We as a staff are a proud second, though

Your contribution towards this campaign provides staff with meals on conference nights, a small gift, and fun activities during our annual staff appreciation week, as well as other small morale boosters throughout the school year. With or without the funding of this campaign, the staff at Culler will continue to pour into the lives of our Cougars every day. How? By planning engaging lessons that are reflective of the diverse interests of the students, connecting with students that were absent on their off periods for make-up support, working beyond the school day to serve as coaches for our athletic program, volunteering time to plan community events like our two annual school dances, talent show, musical, monthly grade level celebrations, awards assemblies, and providing students daily positive praise on how they are exemplifying school values. While the plans we have to appreciate faculty are eclipsed by their daily efforts to support kids, staff appreciation does help foster a sense of belonging among our educators and enhance their overall well-being.

By supporting staff wellbeing, you are helping us reach our district goals of increasing the percentage of staff from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds and boosting certified staff retention. Your support empowers those who empower our students, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and ready to inspire future generations. We are requesting $3,000 plus cost reimbursement for this campaign. We thank you so much!
