About this Campaign
We want to add murals to our building to beautify the space, demonstrate our commitment to student learning and honor the diversity Lefler has. The murals will be painted by a local, professional artist and displayed in the school in key locations that all students see on a daily basis. The first mural, honoring diversity, will be 218" by 90" and will be mounted outside of the main office so it is seen immediately by students, families and community members when the enter the school.
The other three murals are 84" by 84" and will include vibrant graphics and contain the messages, "Be Kind," "Don't Worry About Things Beyond Your Control" and "Dream Big." The three will be in the hallway that connects the two main wings of the school.
This art project will add beauty and make a clear statement that diversity is honored at our school and we have high expectations for our students. We are requesting $7,000 plus cost reimbursement for this project and we are so thankful for your help in accomplishing this project!
